Choosing our fully catered option ensures some serious treats for the tastebuds. Our menus are seasonal and local, we tailor them to suit the weather too as we can see 30deg c in March!

We are spoiled by the area in which we live, in the heart of French gastronomy yet also so close to the Spanish border and Mediterranean coast for more inspiration! 

Each evening you will sit down to a either a three course meal, an impressive BBQ spread or a Paella cooked al fresco. All are served with unlimited local wines

We can cater for any dietary requirements, please just give us notice.

Day 1 :  Roquefort - Endive - Walnuts

               Bavette Catalane - Patatas Bravas

               Earl Grey Panna Cotta

Day 2 :  Rillettes - Cornichons - Toast

                Cassoulet

                Creme Catalane

Day 3:  Sangria

               Tapas - served au jardin

Day 4:  BBQ Marocain - Salads of the Garden

               Clafoutis de Mirabelles

Day 5: Our night off - we will happily book you a local restaurant, there are several!

Day 6:   Jambon Cru - Creme Fraiche - Watercress

                Saucisse de Toulouse - Lentils de Puy

                Chocolat Delice

Day 7:   Aperetifs

               Paella, with or without seafood

Unlike other Hosted Holiday companies, we don't stop pouring the wine, we just ask that you don't blame us for the headache...........
